Taura Edgar, Founder of TALK Hong Kong, and Namrata Bindra, Child Safeguarding Partnerships Manager at Save the Children Hong Kong, presented their evidence based insights on child sexual abuse in Hong Kong. Taura focused on intrafamily abuse while Namrata focused on institutional CSA.
Whether they are permanently or temporarily under our care, we all have children in our lives.
This session is aimed at empowering adults to become proactive protectors of children. It will cover data, impacts, and prevention of CSA. Prevention is possible and adult education is the key!
