TALK Hong Kong is delighted to announce the appointment of Martin M. T. Law as the new Vice-Chair of our Board of Directors.
Mr. Law brings over 30 years of extensive experience across the financial, corporate governance, and strategic leadership sectors. His professional journey has spanned financial institutions, multinational corporations and listed entities, including CFO and related senior roles with Arthur Andersen & Co. CPA, Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC Private Bank, Lloyd’s of London, Australia and New Zealand Bank and several Hong Kong–listed companies, including most recently as the Managing Director Hong Kong and Chief Investor Relations Officer of MiRXES Group (2629.HK).
He currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director (“INED”) at Shukun Technologies, and formerly also held an INED position with Liaoning Port Co. Ltd (2880.HK / 601880.SH) for a full cycle of 6 years. Martin’s expertise covers corporate finance, treasury, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and compliance — skills that will greatly strengthen TALK Hong Kong’s governance and strategic initiatives.
Beyond his corporate credentials, Mr. Law has a notable record of community service and social leadership. As the Vice President of TWS Scout District and the Past President of the Rotary Club of Hong Kong Northeast, he has led multiple charitable projects supporting children development, healthcare and community services. He was also an amateur cellist with the Hong Kong Medical Association Orchestra and an avid paragliding pilot — embodying the spirit of balance between excellence, empathy, and adventure.
Protecting children from sexual abuse requires collective commitment,
said Mr. Law. “I’m proud to serve alongside TALK Hong Kong in creating safer communities for every child.”
As Vice-Chair, Mr. Law will work closely with the Board to advance TALK Hong Kong’s strategic vision for 2026, contributing his governance expertise and network to strengthen collaboration, accountability, and organizational resilience.
We extend our warmest welcome to Martin Law and look forward to his leadership as TALK Hong Kong continues to champion prevention, raise awareness, and support survivors of child sexual abuse.
