Finding a therapist

is key to your healing

Working with a skilled counselor can be extremely helpful in your healing process.  Finding the right person to help you can take a few tries but it’s very much worth the effort.  You can ask them for a brief phone call before meeting to get a sense of their experience and approach to treating sexual abuse trauma.

It is not within my ability to recommend you a therapist, but I am listing some that I have met and have experience with sexual trauma.
